How RECOMIND keeps your workspace and personal data safe, in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
1. Workspace isolation
Every record belongs to an organisation or project and is protected by database row-level security, so members only see their own workspace.
2. Secret keys
AI and payment credentials are held only on the server and are never sent to your browser.
3. AI providers
Questions sent to AI engines contain business information you submit, not your account credentials. Raw answers are stored to keep your history accurate.
4. Access and deletion
Account owners can request export or deletion of workspace data. To do so, write to us at our principal place of business: 24/9 & 24/10, MCIE, Mathura Road, New Delhi 110044, India..
5. Breach notification
We will notify affected users and authorities of any personal data breach as required by law.
