These terms form an agreement between you and ALLTIQUE TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED for use of RECOMIND. By creating an account you accept them.
1. The service
RECOMIND monitors how AI systems discover, describe and recommend businesses, diagnoses gaps against competitors and measures change over time.
2. No guarantee of outcomes
AI answers are produced by third parties and vary. RECOMIND reports observed results and recommendations; it does not guarantee any ranking, recommendation, traffic or revenue.
3. Your account
You are responsible for your credentials and for activity in your workspace. You must only submit websites and competitor information you are entitled to analyse.
4. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the service, attempt to bypass plan limits, probe security, or use outputs to defame others.
5. Plans and fees
Paid plans are billed in advance in INR with applicable taxes. Plan limits and prices are shown on the billing page and may change with notice.
6. Intellectual property
You own your data. We own the software and methodology. Reports you generate may be used within your business.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India; courts at New Delhi have jurisdiction.
