This policy explains how ALLTIQUE TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED ("we", "us"), operating RECOMIND, handles personal data when you use our AI recommendation intelligence service.
1. Data we collect
Account data (name, email, authentication identifiers), workspace data (organisation, projects, websites, competitors and questions you add), usage data (analyses run, reports generated) and billing records. We do not sell personal data.
2. How we use data
To provide the service: crawling the public websites you submit, sending questions to AI engines (such as OpenAI and Google Gemini), storing their raw answers, computing scores and producing reports; to secure accounts, enforce plan limits, bill you and meet legal obligations.
3. Sub-processors
We use infrastructure, AI and payment providers to run the service, including database and authentication hosting, cloud hosting, AI model providers and a payment gateway. They process data only on our instructions.
4. Retention
Workspace data is retained while your account is active. Historical AI answers are kept so trends stay accurate. You may request deletion of your account and data at any time.
5. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may access, correct, erase or withdraw consent for your personal data, and nominate another person to exercise your rights. 6. Security
Data is protected with encryption in transit, row-level access controls and server-side handling of all secret keys.
